This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, health club and beauty treatments. the service is top notch with complimentary water, coffee, and tea in-room, as well as luggage store, fitness service, fax and printing services. the restaurant serves fine dining cuisine and offers special diet menus. The location is ideal, with easy access to Viaport shopping centre and a bus stop near the hotel to explore the region. Cons: the hotel shuttle bus service needs improvement as it only has four scheduled times per day, which may not be convenient for travellers.

After a long day of traveling, I was able to relax and unwind with a massage and sauna. The spa had a tranquil atmosphere and the staff was professional and friendly. It was the perfect way to start my vacation.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the restaurant. It felt quite basic and the service was not up to par.

We were there for 6 days, everything was really good, liked its unbeatable location just next door to viaport outlet and the big commercial centre Viaport.

Secure hotel with best staff, has strategic location very close to Airport. Perfect breakfast, EXCELLENT service. It's worth staying here and exploring Asian Side district.

Fairly clean hotel, there were very good staff and location.

As women traveling alone, we loved the excellent location near the airport and Viaport Outlet Mall. The transfer service to the airport was convenient, and the extra bed provided was of good quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with great amenities like a gym, indoor pool.

Felt immediately at home, no reason to complain.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient as it is very close to the airport and a few minutes' walk to a big shopping centre. The hotel facilities were amazing, with great spa services like the Hanna, sauna, steam, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The breakfast was delicious, and the free bottle of water, coffee, and tea in the room were very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the staff were very professional and helpful, especially Mr Enes, Mr Emirhan, Mr Iikay Ozar.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was not up to par with other options in the area. It is advisable to explore the nearby cafes and restaurants instead.

The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offered plenty of delicious options. The highlight of our stay was the spa and indoor swimming pool. we would recommend this hotel.
